Seán Óg is a performer, composer and bandleader playing a range of woodwind instruments as well as invented instruments and electronics. Óg's music sits somewhere between free improvisation, avant-garde composition, and contemporary jazz. A much in demand player on the Irish scene, he leads his own group Trihornophone along with free improvisation trio CLOG. Among numerous other projects he is a co-founder of experimental theatre company The Stomach Box, a key member of Dorothy Murphy's Circleways, a member of psyche-folk rock outfit United Bible Studies and Rebecca Collins' band.
