Bottlenote Music is an artist-led project dedicated to presenting Dublin's leading musicians working in improvised music today. Their formation, in 2006, arose organically making sense to pool resources when it came to programming gigs and creating a central point of information through our website. The online home is packed with free downloads, video clips and information about our upcoming series of concerts.

Audiences following Dublin's underground jazz and improvised music scenes over the last decade will be familiar with the musicians involved around Bottlenote's activities. The collective is curated by musicians Shane Latimer, Justin Carroll and Seán Mac Erlaine. Our concerts and recordings illustrate just how varied, exciting and all encompassing contemporary music made here can be.
